HOW TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO LEAVE COMMENTS
If you have a blog with Blogger, not all people can leave comments, you have to change a setting to allow everyone, if you want.
How it works? Its quite simple. When you are editing your blog, you have many options as posting, settings, template, etc.
If you go to settings, there is an option that says comments, between others. There there is an option that says: Who can comment? There are three options:only registered users, anyone, only members of this blog.
Choose anyone, and everybody will be allow to comment
